secure handling of all data pertaining to its customers (that is, clients or
companies entering into an agreement with MailMentum to use MailMentum) and
stored in the MailMentum application by email recipients (that is, each
customer's email names, distribution lists, campaign data, etc.).
In support of this policy, MailMentum reiterates its commitment
to its customers' successes and strives to maintain a trustful relationship
with its customers.
How we protect your
privacy

ensure the integrity of both customer account and application data, and to
protect against the loss, unintended sharing, and misuse of data used by our

your written request, or unless ordered by a court of law. Forgotten passwords
or other requested account specifics will only be sent to the email address
provided at account signup, period.
Protection of your

unless ordered by a court of law. Your account information (such as Company or
Client name, physical address, email address, etc.) is accessible strictly by
MailMentum employees whose primary job functions rely on the use of this
information for contacting you regarding your account with MailMentum or
sending you email based on your request for information.
Protection of your
MailMentum Data
MailMentum has implemented strict security controls in the MailMentum
application environment (including the MailMentum application, database, and
server) to ensure the protection of customer and email recipient data. Controls
ensure that data is not commingled between customers. No data sharing will
occur amongst customer accounts, period.

from MailMentum, or
2. Sending an email to MailMentum at
info@mailmentum.com,
noting your request to be removed from the MailMentum mail
list.

the privacy practices of these sites and recommends that our customers read
each site's privacy statements when choosing to use any such referenced site.
