Email Address Uploads
The first step in sending out email is to upload your email addresses into MailMentum. Depending on the quantity and format of your addresses, this service ranges from free to $200. If you don't have your email addresses electronically, we can even data enter them for you for a nominal fee. Your addresses are safely stored in MailMentum so they are available whenever you want to send a campaign. (Don't worry, your email addresses belong to you and will never be shared for any reason.)

Custom Template Service
This is our most popular service! Simply give us basic information about what you'd like to see in your template, and we'll give you a prototype for a custom designed email template. After you provide feedback, we'll integrate it and send you one more version before adding it to your account. Custom Templates cost $399 and if you'd like additional drafts, we bill at $100 per hour and will agree on cost before doing the work.

Email Sign-Up Box for your Website
The easiest way to build your email list is to add a sign-up box onto your website so people can subscribe to receive your emails. We'll create a form that automatically adds subscribers into your email list in MailMentum. This service costs $100, and we'll need access to your server to implement it.

Content Creation
Don't have time to write your email newsletter or promotion? Don't have time to write your email newsletter or promotion? We can write your content for you. We'll interview you, write a draft, then get your approval, and upload it into your account. Depending on what is needed, rates generally range from $200-400 per email for content creation.
